Rev. Natalie Ray is the Director of Arundel House. She is responsible for the care and support of the residents and for fostering community.

Natalie is available in the office four days a week, and dines regularly with the residents. She runs the weekly community dinners and the weekly Bible study. Natalie studied Biblical Studies and Studies of Religion at Sydney University, and Theology at Moore Theological College.

Natalie lives on site with her husband Jason and their son Owen. They attend church at Barneys Broadway.

The governance and polity of Arundel House is overseen by the Arundel House Council. The council members are appointed by St Barnabas Broadway, under the direction of the Anglican Diocese of Sydney. At present, the council is comprised of:
