Arundel House is an ideal location for short- or medium-term accommodation over the summer. Centrally located in Forest Lodge, Arundel House is within walking distance of the trendy suburbs of Glebe and Newtown, and is close to the city and Darling Harbour. It is a 5-minute walk from the large Broadway shopping and cinema complex. Across the road there is a large heated swimming pool and gym.
During the year Arundel House provides residential accommodation for female students.
Arundel House will open for holiday accommodation on November 21st 2011 and will close mid-February 2012. Arundel House will close for the Christmas holidays on December 23, 2011 and reopen on January 3, 2012. There is no accommodation available during this time. Holiday accommodation is under the day-to-day management of the Manager and is open to males, females and family groups. We can also accommodate groups of up to 25.

- light, self-catered breakfast
- use of cooking facilities for other meals
- optional linen hire
- quality communal bathroom facilities
- use of lounge, TV and dining room
- free laundry facilities
- DVD player

A non-refundable deposit of 20% will be required when booking.
General Information
Check in time is between 2pm and 5pm, or by special arrangement with the Manager. Checkout time is 10am on the day of departure.
Holiday guests are asked to be considerate of other guests and observe the following:
- no alcohol or illegal drugs on premises
- no smoking anywhere in buildings (outdoor areas provided)
- visitors to leave building by 1am.
There is one phone for guest's use. Phone cards are available for purchase from the local shops.

We also accept bank cheques (payable to "Arundel House") or Australia Post money orders.
We do not accept traveler’s cheques. Temporary bookings will be held for 5 working days only.
